How to cancel an order before it ships
Provided you contact us in time we can usually cancel an order before it ships. Simply:
Contact us when you know you want to cancel
We will fully refund you if we process the request before it ships
If the item has shipped before we process your message then it is more difficult. Please refer to How to cancel a shipped order below.
How to cancel pending orders
If your order is pending, please contact customer support to cancel your order.
Pending means the order is waiting for payment or there is another reason delaying the processing of the order, so in these cases, we can usually cancel.
How to cancel a shipped order
Once it has left our warehouse we cannot give a full refund and you will need to wait until it is returned to us before you are refunded.
Contact us as soon as you can
When the item arrives reject it when the carrier arrives, or accept it and send it back to us. (at your cost)
When we receive the item we will deduct any shipping costs, tariffs, or taxes needed to pay when the item is sent back to us.
